I have the same problem, it wants to register a DS708 but not AL619

This site is for new models the 619 is old .They are supposed to set up a site for 619 uploads .Keep on them.

It's my understanding that the AL619 is a new model and was made to replace the old AA101. I've tried to install the software that came with my unit and can't even get it to open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it,,,,, same thing. When I try to register the unit, I get redirected to the login page, even after I have already logged in.

well, you have to registered in our site www.maxidas.com..... if it ask for selecting the model and you could not find your model, just use the DS708 which is also OK.....

Reply to 5 floor: I tried to enter it as a 708 but keep getting serial number or password is wrong,
